Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or accessing Point 7 Connect (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and any company you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. The Service

Point 7 Connect is a logistics coordination platform for construction trucking. It enables construction companies, trucking companies, and drivers to post jobs, accept work, dispatch loads, exchange documents, and submit haul tickets. We are a coordination tool. We are not a broker, carrier, freight forwarder, or party to any haul contract formed between platform participants.

3. Beta Status

The Platform is offered in beta. Features, pricing, and availability may change. The Platform may experience downtime, data loss, or defects. Do not rely on the Platform as your sole system of record for compliance, billing, or payroll. Mirror critical records elsewhere.

4. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18, legally authorized to act for your company, and provide accurate information. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including invited members and drivers. Keep your credentials confidential.

5. Operational Responsibility

Each participant is solely responsible for the legality, safety, and accuracy of the work it accepts, dispatches, or hauls. This includes DOT compliance, hours of service, vehicle maintenance, insurance, wages, taxes, traffic laws, and weight/load regulations. Point 7 Connect does not vet, verify, or guarantee any participant.

6. Tickets, Tons & Payment

Haul tickets, tonnage, OCR extractions, and AI summaries are informational. They are not a billing system of record. Parties must independently confirm scale tickets, signed BOLs, and other authoritative documents before invoicing or payment. Point 7 Connect is not a party to invoices or payments between participants.

7. Liability Limitation

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POINT 7 CONNECT AND ITS AFFILIATES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE PLATFORM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR US $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

8. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless Point 7 Connect from any claim arising out of (a) your use of the Platform, (b) your work or equipment, (c) your breach of these Terms, or (d) your violation of law or a third party's rights.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time, including for suspected misuse, non-payment, or safety concerns. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Venue lies exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after we publish a new version means you accept the change. The current version date is shown above.
