Beta Participation Acknowledgment

By participating in the Point 7 Connect beta, you and your company acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Beta software. The platform is provided as-is for early operational use. Features may change, break, or be removed. Data may occasionally be reset in non-production environments — your production workspace is preserved, but we recommend mirroring mission-critical records elsewhere.
- Electronic communications consent. You consent to receive operational, dispatch, invite, billing, and legal-update communications by email and in-app notification. Some notifications are essential to the service and cannot be opted out of while your account remains active.
- File & document retention. Uploaded documents (insurance, DBE, CDL, medical card, ticket photos) are retained for the life of your account plus a reasonable archival window. We are not your system of record for regulatory compliance — keep authoritative copies in your own files.
- DBE compliance disclaimer. Point 7 Connect does not certify DBE/MBE/WBE status. Self-reported certification status and uploaded certificates are surfaced to counterparties for convenience only. Each contracting party remains responsible for independent verification against the applicable state or federal directory and for meeting goal requirements on its projects.
- Liability limitation. The liability limitations in the Terms of Service apply to your beta participation. Point 7 Connect is not liable for missed loads, lost tickets, scale disputes, downtime, or business interruption arising from use of the platform.
- Feedback. Feedback you submit may be used to improve the product without obligation or attribution. You retain ownership of your operational data; you grant us a license to host, process, and display it as needed to operate the platform.
Your acceptance is recorded with a timestamp and the version of these documents in force at the time. You can revoke participation by closing your account.
